Stacey has been with the company since 2010, and before coming to Real Estate has been involved in top management of the company in VIP & Customer Service, Accounting and VIP Areas, all of which have given her a wealth of experience to draw from to make the sales process organized, transparent, efficient and fun. Our owners have found her a delight to work with, and her communication skills and absolute dedication to service means the sales process is seamless, as she works tirelessly to find the best possible fit for each owner.
Jane has been with the company since 2011, before coming to Real Estate she previously managed the Shareholder, Chairman’s Circle and Owner Circle Teams. She loves working with people and one of her top priorities is being available to communicate with Owners, and convert their feedback towards improvement and development of services for our Owners. She works closely with Cristal and Stacey in Construction and Sales to make sure that every aspect of the owner experience is coordinated, and is dedicated to providing a seamless experience for the Owners.
Cristal is an architect with 12 years of experience, her architecture degree was awarded with honors from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in Santiago, and she has a Master’s Degree in Interior Design from Instituto Europeo de Diseño (IED) in Barcelona, Spain. Her commitment to understanding the preference and taste of each individual owner makes the design process a joy for the owners, and her vision has created some of the most impressive villas at the resort. She facilitates the design and construction of each project to create a finished product that is truly a dream home for our Owners.
Ana Maria is one of the longest serving employees with the company, she started as a hotel receptionist and has steadily risen through new roles in VIP & Customer Service, Accounting and VIP Areas. Her natural ability and dedication serves her well in each new venture and has provided a strong foundation for her new role in the sales team.
Triana has many years of experience with the company in the Accounting department, our members have found her to be a trusted and efficient resource who is now invaluable to the sales team.
Yohanna has been a supervisor in VIP and Customer Service for years in both Puerto Plata and Punta Cana. Her patience, clarity and sense of humor make the sales process a pleasure for our Owners.
Hayley has a wealth of professional experience in employee training and development, she loves working with people and has a natural ability to connect with each owner and guide them through the sales process in a helpful and supportive way.
Julia has been a supervisor in VIP & Customer Service for many years, her enthusiasm and connection to each client are appreciated by all Owners who work with her.
Denise has many years of experience as a Real Estate agent, her expertise and charm make the sales process a delightful one for our Owners.
Crispthofer has many years of experience in Customer Service, he specializes in improving the reservation processing system through incorporating the most efficient platforms to provide the quickest and smoothest service possible.
Luis has been with the Real Estate department as a concierge for years, he works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly for our Owners and their guests.
Waskar is new to the Real Estate concierge team, he is bringing years of experience as a butler from the Chairman’s Circle Team. His warmth and dedication to top service are appreciated by the team members and Owners alike.
Yulio is a civil engineering student and the newest addition to the team, he is bringing this expertise to the preventative Villa Maintenance project, following up with the maintenance team and personally checking the construction related items. He previously worked in Customer Service, and his excellent English skills will be helpful to our owners and guests during their stays, as he will coordinate with the maintenance team if needed and make sure nothing is lost in translation.
Manuel has a wealth of experience in both Customer Service and Concierge duties with the company, his dedication to providing excellent service is apparent in every interaction with our Owners and their guests.
Kimberly is the Real Estate receptionist, she brings her previous receptionist experience with the company towards bringing warm, pleasant and professional communication to our owners and guests, and facilitating their inquiries to the team member that can assist them best.
Starlin is the team member with most experience with our Real Estate Owners, his knowledge, experience and professionalism are an invaluable asset to the team and a delight to our Owners.
