Depending on the age and setting of the villa, options include a total renovation bringing the villa to a fresh new architectural style, a renovation of the structure while keeping the traditional Mediterranean style, or knock down of the original structure and complete rebuild on a more optimal setting on the lot, and in some limited cases, new construction on original unused lots in the Crown Villa section.
