The owners of  the newest addition to Villa Park had a completely original vision for their custom villa investment – to build 2 side by side villas, that could either function independently as 2 separate villas, or form a cohesive 8 bedroom accommodation!

This was achieved by creating an innovative design that features a retractable wall in the back- to -back pavilions in the garden and pool areas, that either preserves the privacy between the 2 villas, or allows for access through the back garden, highlighted by long raised terraces, winding pools, and a in-Jacuzzis with pergola roofs. The lovely Mediterranean style and warm brick accents of the villas create a luxurious and inviting backdrop for endless indoor-outdoor living. One of the favorite features of the owners is the tower featuring a seating area with 360 degree views of the property. The enchanting views of the gorgeous villas surrounded by lush tropical foliage, mountains, and ocean in the distance create one of the most distinctive spots to relax on the property. Huge windows throughout the villa allow the lush tropical greenery to become part of the interior design, perfectly complemented by the tropical colors and materials of the furniture, finishes and decoration.

The owners explain “Working with the real estate team was a great experience. We wanted the villas to feel both tropical and luxurious, and I think the architect and the interior designer did fantastic jobs helping our vision come to life.
