As student of civil engineering at UTESA (Universidad Technologica de Santiago, one of the leading research institutes in the Dominican Republic) Yulio brings years of valuable experience working in the company to his role as Maintenance and Repair Supervisor for the Real Estate department. He provides assistance for the owners both through the maintenance block program in villas, in which each villa is regularly blocked for extensive preventative maintenance by a dedicated team under Yulio’s supervision, and as a liaison with the general maintenance program at the resort, to follow up on maintenance issues that occur in their unit outside of the maintenance block period.
